The study investigates the relationship between the theory of the SFERA model, a multidimensional model for improving sports performance, and musical performance anxiety in professional musicians.

Dysfunctional practice behaviors and anxiety are often cited as possible risk factors for injuries in musicians. However, the mechanism by which these could lead to the onset of such lesions is not yet clear.
